Tigh-na-Coille is a fully equipped traditional home from home set in it’s own well stocked grounds. It caters for up to 5 people with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom. This substantial, traditional cottage also includes a cosy sitting room with a wood/peat burning stove for those chillier evenings; a spacious dining room with an open fireplace; a small ‘snug’ room, ideal for some quiet reading, playing some board games or watching a DVD with the family; and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with additional dining area. There is also a separate utility room for all your laundering needs.

For heating, some wood and coal is supplied and additional bags of coal/wood can be bought from various local stores. There are also night storage heaters for additional background heat.

Tigh-na-Coille is dog friendly by arrangement and we ask that dogs be kept downstairs and should there be any damage to the property, then the owners will be held responsible and charged accordingly.

To the front of the house there is a lovely lawned area, perfect for children to play in, or to relax in with a glass of wine as the sun begins to set and contemplate the next days activities; or just simply let the space, peace and tranquility wash over you, with just some bird song and distant lowing cattle occasionally being heard..... Ah, bliss!
